Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were big enough and beds comfy enough but nothing truly outstanding - probably the value you would expect with the price you pay. A little more annoying is that the hot water in the shower requires like 5 minutes of run time before it comes on, and then it is boiling with limited ability to get even something resembling "warm" (it toggles between cold or too hot). Breakfast was excellent and filling, made to order - a highlight. Location is in a very quiet neighborhood, extremely safe. Lots of food, coffee options close by. Close enough to the more happening and busy areas. Recommend using the Ecobici bike rental system!
Flew into town on standby, and nervously had to find a hotel for the weekend (first time in CDMX). What a find! Great location in Condessa, with restaurants and shops in all directions. The room was great - felt like the Four Seasons after a night near the airport. As good as any mid-tier US hotel - or maybe even better! The staff was just wonderful. The cook to order breakfast in the couryard a surprise.
